Experimental study on water-entry cavity and trajectory of vehicle with asymmetric nose shape

چکیده

Different nose shape can cause a significant influence on the water entry trajectory and cavity. In order to study evolution characteristics of cavity asymmetric in process entry, based high-speed photography technology, low-speed comparative experiments were carried out for three different cut-angle types 35°, 40° 45° under angles. Through digital image processing contour motion attitude information vehicle at times are extracted, law cut angle is obtained. The experimental results show that: side effectively promote expansion cavity, thus forming cavity; scale positively related initial horizontal speed area section head; head will deflect side; smaller is, shorter leveling time deeper depth However, change almost independent angle.
