Experimentation of MPPT Control Driving a Buck Converter with PV Module Disturbances and Variable Load in a Nanogrid

The objective of this paper is to perform a laboratory test on the performance MPPT control in nanogrid. components used for tests are described, namely (i) PV module SPP031001200 manufactured by Victron energy, prototype synchronous buck converter controlled Arduino Atmel ATmega V-2560, and DC electronic load programmable 72-13210 TENMATM. Among several controls, choice falls methods Perturb Observe “P&O” Increment conductance “INC” which more widely than others. Laboratory with different conditions variable output voltage were performed. In full sunlight, input power gives better result INC method compared P&O method. For exposed horizontal or vertical total shading, small advantage method, can be beneficial long time. Compared always results due its complex algorithm. Due lack measuring instruments, performed without considering irradiance temperature.
