چکیده

This study examines the elements that influence internal resource based view of manufacturing enterprises in Pakistan, which is line with United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals 9 and 12. The resources revealed this can be used as success factors development new goods. Purposive sampling was to collect data from a sample 318 male female employees working product process (NPDP) various organizations Pakistan order meet research objectives. A reliability test an exploratory factor analysis were also used. Exploratory yielded identification seven resources. Seven are subjected using Cronbach's Alpha, meets good criteria. RBV has rarely addressed subject poor nations like prior studies, therefore will useful for both industrialists researchers determining required NPDP. In future, extracted dimensions IRBV independent variables theoretical framework, their on could examined. Key Words: Internal Resource Based View, Factor Analysis,Reliability Analysis, Manufacturing Sector
