Purpose The author contributes to the theory of multinational enterprise by examining subsidiary-specific capability in financial management, defined as stock knowledge and plan, manage, control direct resources effectively efficiently, perceptions subsidiary managers host country development drivers export intensity (the share sales that are exported) foreign subsidiaries enterprises (MNEs). theorizes management is conceptually a valuable advantage it important other traditional competitive advantages, such research marketing intensity.
