Extending Quality Function Deployment and Analytic Hierarchy Process under Interval-Valued Fuzzy Environment for Evaluating Port Sustainability

To confront the related problems of environmental protection, energy saving, and carbon reduction, sustainability has been a prominent issue for enterprises seeking to meet requirements Earth Summit’ sustainable development goals (SDGs). Basically, evaluation must be considered from environmental, social, economic perspectives, recognized as quality requirements. Numerous enterprises, especially international ports, pay attention these in expressing their corporate social responsibility (CSR) decreasing marine pollution. Practically, three may dependent under uncertain environments, rationally evaluated by fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (FMCDM) with criteria (DEC). In other words, evaluating port sustainability, containing location expanding, should belong FMCDM DEC. For DEC extension analytic network process (ANP) is feasible solution solve above problems. However, computations ANP are heavily complicated; thus, we desire combine function deployment (QFD) hierarchy (AHP) interval-valued environment (IVFE) into hybrid method sustainability. numerous (MCDM) efforts, AHP was often extended encompass imprecision vagueness data, but properly used independent (IDEC). Herein, QFD utilized express relationships between criteria, thus transforms IDEC Through method, combined replace IVFE, complicated ties ANP-corresponding numbers (IVFNs) overcome, problem solved.
