Factors Promoting Establishment and Incorporation of Community-Based Farms: Estimation Results of the Generalized Ordered Logit Model

There are two types of community-based farms (CBFs): one has been established to maintain farmland in rural areas suffering from the shortage agricultural workers and other response policy. Although purpose or activity differs by CBFs, central government is encouraging incorporation CBF.
