Fast Chromatic Aberration Correction with 1D Filters

چکیده
This article presents an implementation of the chromatic aberration correction technique Chang et al. [Correction Axial and Lateral Chromatic Aberration with False Color Filtering, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, 2013]. method decomposes into a cascade two 1D filters. The first one locally sharpens red blue edges such that they have similar profiles to green channel serving as guiding image throughout restoration. second shifts corrected location ones remove color fringes. These successive estimates are ultimately merged final prediction, free most aberrations.
