Feedback Control of Injection Rate of the Injection Molding Machine Based on PID Improved by Unsaturated Integral

چکیده
In conventional proportional–integral–derivative (PID) control, the integral term occupies a significant amount of controller memory, which prolongs calculation time. The easily leads to overshooting and oscillation, while derivative reduces controller's anti-interference ability. view these problems, PID expression with recurrence relationship was derived, differential terms model were improved using an unsaturated passivation achieve good control effect. Then, applied injection speed molding machine, is usually controlled that featured difficulty in mathematical modeling, nonlinear between input output, high system complexity. Taking machine as object, transfer function constructed. simulated Matlab/Simulink. Lastly, verified experiments. simulation experimental results showed had rapid response, no overshoot, precision.
