Feedback control problems for a class of backward Riemann-Liouville fractional evolution hemivariational inequalities with dual operators

In this paper, we investigate a class of backward Riemann-Liouville fractional evolution hemivariational inequalities with dual operators. By using the duality theory on semigroup, resolvent technique, Cesari property and Schauder's fixed point theorem, obtain existence feasible pairs. Then prove optimal feedback control pairs for Lagrange problem. Finally, give an example in Hilbert space to illustrate results.
