Fight Alone or Together? The Influence of Risk Perception on Helping Behavior

This study aims to determine whether risk perception influences employees’ willingness assist in times crisis, taking COVID-19 as specific research scenario based on the theory “tend befriend”. hypothesized that will influence helping behavior via in-group identity, with degree impact dependent pandemic’s severity.
