This tutorial addresses the issues of accessibility, mobility and findability as appropriate to a discussion of Web site or Web page interface usability. The goal of this tutorial is to emphasize the importance of these factors while providing attendees with sufficient vocabulary and conceptual knowledge to make appropriate design decisions.

این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
Improving community-portals usability
Humans and machines are not using today the same formats of knowledge representation. This gap makes a serious problem in the interaction human-machine. We are exploding intelligent methods to minimize this gap showing at different human users, specifically and personalized, the knowledge used by machines.
