Finite-time stabilization control of quantum systems

Abstract The finite-time control problem of quantum systems is investigated in this paper. We first define stability and present a Lyapunov criterion for finite-dimensional coherence vector representation. Then, two-level systems, we design continuous non-smooth law with state-dependent fractional power prove the uniqueness solutions system dynamics controller via concept transversality. By combining homogeneity theory, convergence to an eigenstate its internal Hamiltonian proved. Numerical results on spin-1/2 demonstrate effectiveness proposed stabilization scheme.
