Five Factor Personality Traits in Self-Compassion, Coping Strategies and Communication Skills

This study aims to determine whether the sub-dimensions of five personality traits at a significant level predict variables "Self-compassion", "Coping Strategies" and "Communication." During 2018-2019 academic year, sample for research includes 336 university students. Of students, 243 are women 93 males. The Five-Factor Personality Scale, Self- Compassion Coping Strategies Communication Skills Scale were used as data collection tool. There was multivariate regression analysis done. results showed that relationship between extraversion self-compassion is positive there negative emotional stability self-compassion. study's other finding individuals with higher levels use coping mechanisms effectively. consequences these findings discussed in conclusion.
