(1) Background: The current situation is bringing about changes manifested in the digitalisation of management processes, aspects knowledge management, and transmission global risks. Demands area soft skills are increasing. Therefore, this study aims to identify requirements for competences necessary effective performance job positions public administration Czech Republic, including mapping interest further training.
