A nation with strong character can become a dignity and respect by other nations in the world. There is discipline which very important to be applied previous educational environment tertiary institutions besides responsibility education everyday environment. Seeing current condition of students, students have experienced decline terms applying carrying out lecture assignments. This study aims analyze through education, describing views lecturers shaping institutions. The research method used qualitative where data collection technique review literature books, journal entries that something do problem being discussed. results concluded implementation for there are internal external factors affect loss student responsibility. One way remove these obstacles habituation change Character needed form develop individuals strengthen acquired at level.
