The results of investigation morphology and photocatalytic properties thin films in a form dendrites silver copper, their compounds synthesized by the reaction substitution, are presented. composition layers were performed scanning electron microscope. It was shown that already through 2–3 s after beginning metal nanoporous up to 1 μm thick formed on substrates. Silver consist micro-crystalline hexagonal plates micro- nano-dendrites. As duration increases become more compacted, minimum pores size becomes 20 nm. In case with copper salt formation microdendrites takes place immediately. internal quantum yield photocatalysis water for as well metal-semiconductor is 0.4–0.45 %. obtained can be used creation photocathodes large surface photocathalytic splitting order obtain hydrogen fuel.
