چکیده
The composition of oil trapped in fluid inclusions (FI), occurring mineral cements, can provide valuable insights into migration. Here, FI oils a calcite vein (representing expelled fluids) and source rock (SR) extracts retained bitumen) from the Hosszúhetény Calcareous Marl Formation (HCMF) Mecsek Mountains area Hungary were investigated to assess how organic compounds are fractionated during primary Biomarkers analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry chromatography-stable carbon isotope ratio mass used demonstrate that had been HCMF marl (calculated vitrinite reflectance ~0.74% Rc). Fourier transform-ion cyclotron resonance-mass then provided polar compound geochemistry, showing O1, N1, N1O1 S1O1 classes preferentially bitumen, while less like aromatic hydrocarbons (HCs) S1 assumed be expelled. Independent class, with higher double bond equivalents (DBEs) enriched bitumen. Thus, besides molecular polarity determined functional groups, size degree aromaticity appear most important factors affecting migration retention behavior petroleum HCs NSO-compounds HCMF. Moreover, enrichment high DBE shorter alkyl chains SR infers shielding effects could have played major role for expulsion

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
consequence analysis of the leakage, ignition and explosion during high pressure sour gas injection process to the oil reservoir
there is no doubt that human being needs to become integrated with industry and industry needs to be progressed, daily. on the other hand, serious events in industrial units specially in oil industries has been shown that such damages and events are industry related ones. the consequence of such events and damages which resulted in chemical and poisoned explosions and loss of life and property ...
Characterization of Shrimp Oil from Pandalus borealis by High Performance Liquid Chromatography and High Resolution Mass Spectrometry
Northern shrimp (Pandalus borealis) oil, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, was recovered from the cooking water of shrimp processing facilities. The oil contains significant amounts of omega-3 fatty acids in triglyceride form, along with substantial long-chain monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs). It also features natural isomeric forms of astaxanthin, a nutritional carotenoid, which gives t...
متن کاملDetermination of polyphenolic compounds in wastewater olive oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
A simple and sensitive method for the determination of 21 polyphenolic compounds in wastewater from olive oil production plants is proposed. The method involves a liquid-liquid microextraction (LLME) procedure with ethyl acetate followed by a silylation step. Identification and quantification have been performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). MS measurements were carried out u...
متن کاملRefrigerant Mass and Oil Migration During Start-up Transient
A comparison of the start-up cooling capacities for an automotive R744 and an automotive R134a air conditioning system is presented. It is shown that development of the cooling capacities during start-up can be described with one correlation for both systems. The comparison of the cooling capacities and the redistribution of refrigerant mass during start-up suggest a strong relationship between...
