Free space continuous variable Quantum Key Distribution with discrete phases

Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) offers unconditional security in principle. Many QKD protocols have been proposed and demonstrated to ensure secure communication between two authenticated users. Continuous variable (CV) many advantages over discrete (DV) since it is cost-effective, compatible with current classical technologies, efficient even daylight, gives a higher key rate. Keeping this view, we demonstrate modulated CVQKD protocol the free space which robust against polarization drift. We also present simulation results noise model account for channel effects of various parameter changes on These help us verify experimental values obtained implemented CVQKD.
