چکیده
Direct-current superconducting quantum interference devices (dc SQUIDs) are ultra-sensitive flux-to-voltage convertors widely applied for biomagnetism and geophysics; they working as the magnetic-field-effect transistors (MFETs) their flux-modulated current-voltage characteristics. However, unlike semiconductor FETs, dc SQUIDs lack general analytical models expressions to interpret inner dynamics outside This work presents a frequency-phase-locking (FPL) model expression reveal how characteristics formed inside SQUIDs, quantitively decided by circuit parameters. The application of calculations is demonstrated; results compared with numerical simulations. It shown that dc-SQUID an FPL system current-modified nonlinear resistor outside; its mechanism projections three network impedances driven Josephson currents. Based on expression, can be simply treated resistors in practical applications; performance directly predicted evaluated according impedances.

Voltage-flux-characteristics of asymmetric dc SQUIDs
We present a detailed analysis of voltage-flux V (Φ)-characteristics for asymmetric dc SQUIDs with various kinds of asymmetries. For finite asymmetry αI in the critical currents of the two Josephson junctions, the minima in the V (Φ)-characteristics for bias currents of opposite polarity are shifted along the flux axis by ∆Φ = αIβL relative to each other; βL is the screening parameter. This sim...
متن کاملRf-induced dc voltages across unbiased terminals and current–voltage characteristics of microwave-driven high-Tc SQUIDs
Quantized voltage across the unbiased terminals of a bicrystal YBa2Cu3O7 dc SQUID exposed to microwave radiation has been observed at 77 K. Using this voltage as an indication of the microwave power coupled to the junctions, we identified three distinct regions in the I–V curves as the microwave power was tuned, similar to those reported for low-Tc SQUID. Pronounced double period steps were obs...

The paper presents soft switching PWM DC-DC converters using power MOSFETs and IGBTs. The attention is focused mainly on the full-bridge converters suitable for high power applications. The properties of the PWM converters are described in comparison to other categories of soft switching converters. An overview of the switching techniques using in the DC-DC converters is included. By defining the loop inductance for NQUID and considering sinusoidal Fourier series for the current-phase relations of its nanowires and replacing two Langevin equations with one two-dimensional Fokker-Planck equation, we have obtained analytical relations for the characteristics of the asymmetric NQUID. On the other hand for DC SQUIDs and nanoSQUID, we have to consider simultaneously the effe...
