Fuzzy-EPO Optimization Technique for Optimised Resource Allocation and Minimum Energy Consumption with the Brownout Algorithm

Cloud Computing is an eminent and reputable agenda which relies on large-scale distributed processing to provide access their resources services. In the cloud environment a rigorous management system mandatory collect all information regarding task levels proving impartial resource provisioning through of Quality Service (QoS). These concerns can be settled by employing meta-heuristic optimization-based management. Subsequently, this paper presents Fuzzy Emperor Penguin Optimization (Fuzzy-EPO) algorithm-based framework for heterogeneous environment. To deploy optimal set virtual machines (VM) physical VM allocation model employed. The proposed Fuzzy-EPO algorithm does consolidation mainly reallocate overloaded under-loaded PM minimize migration time brownout mechanism adopted reduce rate energy consumption. CloudSim simulation platform used implement system. results expose that based effective in restraining proportion service level agreement violation increasing QoS requirements providing proficient service.
