چکیده

General solutions are established for an initial boundary value problem by means of the integral transforms. They correspond to isothermal MHD unidirectional motion incompressible second-grade fluids between infinite horizontal parallel plates embedded in a porous medium. The fluid motion, which some situations becomes symmetric with respect median plane, is generated two that apply time-dependent arbitrary shear stresses fluid. Closed-form expressions both velocity and corresponding non-trivial stress. Using important remark regarding governing equations stress, exact general developed similar motions same when move their planes velocities. results have been obtained here can generate any technical relevance this type correctness being proved comparing them numerical solution or known from existing literature. Consequently, problems these stress on completely solved.

New Exact Solutions for MHD Transient Rotating Flow of a Second-Grade Fluid in a Porous Medium

The magnetohydrodynamic MHD and rotating flow of second-grade fluid over a suddenly moved flat plate is investigated, where the second-grade fluid saturates the porous medium. The new exact solution is derived by using the Fourier sine and Laplace transforms. Many interesting available results in the literature are obtained as limiting cases of our solution. Finally, some graphical results are ...

Finite Integral Transform Based Solution of Second Grade Fluid Flow between Two Parallel Plates

The importance of the slip flow over the no-slip condition is widely accepted in microscopic scaled domains with the direct impact on microfluidic and nanofluidic systems. The popular Navier Stoke’s (N-S) flow model is largely utilized with the slip flow phenomenon. In the present study, the finite integral transform scheme along with the shift of variables is implemented to solve the equation ...

Thermodynamic Analysis for the Mhd Flow of Two Immiscible Micropolar Fluids between Two Parallel Plates

The paper aims the heat transfer analysis for the flow of two immiscible micropolar fluids inside a horizontal channel, by the first and second laws of thermodynamics under the action of an imposed transverse magnetic field. The plates of the channel are maintained at constant temperatures higher than that of the fluid. The flow region consists of two zones, the flow of the heavier fluid taking...
