چکیده
Introduction. Non-ferrous smelters are one of the critical nanoscale cadmium particles sources in workplace and ambient air. Materials methods. The research was performed to evaluate subchronic toxicity oxide nanoparticles (CdO-NPs) white outbred rats. Male 3.5-month old rats received intraperitoneal injections CdO-NPs 3 times a week for six weeks (18 total) doses 0.25 mg/kg body mass. After end an exposure, there were rated more than 50 indices universally accepted criteria (including biochemical cytomorphometric). Student’s t-test used statistical analysis. Results. hematotoxic effects revealed by decrease hemoglobin content, increase number reticulocytes, eosinophils, monocytes. CdO NPs influenced porphyrin metabolism (an δ-aminolevulinic acid urine). Liver resulted organ mass albumin content A/G index. Besides, observed rise γ-glutamyl transpeptidase high-density lipoproteins blood serum. Oxidative stress level increased (decrease catalase action ceruloplasmin content). Endothelin-1 decreased. It may result from pressure (statistically significant mean B.P.). Conclusion. intoxication moderate severity retrieved at exposure nanoparticles. characterized mass, hematological, biochemical, cytomophometric changes. There found mild but evident cardiovascular

Experimental Study of Cerium Oxide Nanoparticles (CeNP) Against Malathion Induced Lung Oxidative Toxic Stress in Rats
Regardless of toxicity of nanoparticles, cerium oxide nanoparticles (CeNPs) are emerging as a multi-functional agent for biomedical purposes. On the other hand, Organophosphorus pesticides, like malathion, are inevitably found in the environment. The common involving pathway CeNPs and malathion share is oxidative stress. Therefore, we conducted this study to find the possible neutralizing or sy...

Background: Dermatophytes are the most common fungal agents causing superficial skin infections in worldwide. Species identification of these fungi is important for therapeutic and epidemiological apects. The purpose of this study was to determine the epidemiology of dermatophytosis in patients referring to medical mycology laboratory of Razi hospital in Tehran, during 2014. Materials and Meth...
متن کاملEnvironmental impact of toxic pollutants.
A pollutant is any natural or unnatural material that is present in the environment at unnaturally high levels. Concern about pollution is meaningful only in the context of a pollutant’s impact on the biosphere. How a pollutant affects the biosphere has been conventionally characterized in terms of easily quantifiable measures such as the chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand ...

ion, oxidation sulfhydryl and carbon chain destruction. Cd can also decompose the unsaturated fatty acid into malondialdehyde (MAD) by peroxiding and cause biological macromolecules to crosslink into abnormal macromolecules which degrade membrane structure and alter the membrane permeability (Shukla et al., 1989). After the crabs E. sinensis were exposed to Cd, many changes appeared in the R-ce...
