Generating asymmetric aberration laser beams with controlled intensity distribution

We present generation of asymmetric aberration laser beams (aALBs) with controlled intensity distribution, using a diffractive optical element (DOE) involving phase asymmetry. The asymmetry in the distribution is introduced by shifting coordinates complex plane. results show that auto-focusing properties aALBs remain invariant respect to parameters. However, variation allows control spatial aALBs. In an ideal ALB containing equal three bright lobes (for $m=3$), introducing most can be transferred any one single lobe, and forms high-power density lobe. A precise position lobe parameter $\beta$ $m$, we have determined empirical relations for them. found specific values $\beta$, enhanced $\sim$6 times other lobes. experimental good agreement numerical simulations. findings suitable applications such as trapping manipulation well material processing.
