چکیده
The present study was conducted on genetic diversity analyses among 24 pea genotypes during 2017–2018 to assess the molecular of using SSR markers. Out 62, eleven markers were found be polymorphic and information content (PIC) simple sequence repeat (SSR) ranged from 0.19 as high 0.64. Molecular profiling these 11 SSRs distributed throughout genome generated 32 alleles with a mean 2.91 per locus. dissimilarity based matching coefficient for 0.00 0.91 an average 0.52. Cluster grouped into two major clusters one outlier supported by principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) in which across four quadrangles. Analysis variance (AMOVA) showed significant estimated value at degree 1000 permutations. Percentage variability higher individual (67%) than populations (11%). within also (22%) Pop1 (I=0.707, He=0.446, uHe=0.466) shows pop2 (I=0.630, He=0.381 uHe=0.398). percentage loci population (PPL) 81.82% (pop2) 90.91% (pop1) 86.36%. demonstrates utility microsatellite estimating well genotype identification pea. This suggests potential use further association studies.

Assessment of genetic diversity among sunflower genotypes using microsatellite markers
Genetic diversity estimation of plant materials is one of the important pre-breeding activities in breeding field crops. Twenty-one microsatellite markers used to assess genetic diversity and relationship of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.). All of 21 pairs of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers produced a total number of 49 polymorphic bands. DNA fragments ranged from 9...
متن کاملGenetic control of floral zygomorphy in pea (Pisum sativum L.).
Floral zygomorphy (flowers with bilateral symmetry) has multiple origins and typically manifests two kinds of asymmetries, dorsoventral (DV) and organ internal (IN) asymmetries in floral and organ planes, respectively, revealing the underlying key regulators in plant genomes that generate and superimpose various mechanisms to build up complexity and different floral forms during plant developme...
متن کاملAssessment of genetic diversity in Iranian wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars and lines using microsatellite markers
In this study, genetic diversity of 20 wheat genotypes was evaluated using 126 simple sequence repeats (SSR) alleles, covering all three wheat genomes. A total of 1557 allelic variants were detected for 126 SSR loci. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 4 to 19 and the allelic polymorphism information content (PIC) varied from 0.66 (Xgwm429) to 0.94 (Xgwm212 and Xgw...
متن کاملPea (Pisum sativum L.) Growth Mutants
This review is devoted to the Pisum sativum L. growth mutants. These mutants are presented by several groups of plants. The first group is characterized by short internodes (dwarf mutants le, na, lk, la, lh, ls) or by elongated internodes (slender mutant sln). The stem growth of mutants of both types (dwarf and slender) is controlled by hormones (GA and IAA) in the stem or in seeds. Mutants cha...
