چکیده
Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is a Gram-positive bacterium that causes wide range of variable illnesses and can be either transmitted from one place to another through contact with patients or airborne. Because the increased diversity S. globally, particularly those are clinical significance, rapid epidemiology bacteria, there need explore current pattern in our local settings. To achieve this target, for genetic method fast, easy, cost- effective able genetically differentiate between microbes within given species. Hence, study utilized simplicity RAPD-PCR as fingerprinting tool determining isolated samples setting. Eighteen isolates were RAPD-typed using single primer analyzed NTSYSpc software. Of 12 RAPD profiles identified, two major groups clusters deduced dendrogram. More so, ten subtypes identified amongst which three indistinguishable based on Jaccard's coefficient similarity. The findings reveals most closely related suggesting may have emerged clones. Equally, result depicts high-resolution power elucidating aureus. Therefore, simple molecular technique could employed routine studies settings country whole.

Inducible Clindamycin Resistance in Staphylococcus aureus Isolated from Clinical Samples
Increasing frequency of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections and changing patterns in antimicrobial resistance have led to renewed interest in the use of macrolide-lincosamide-streptogramin (MLS) antibiotics to treat such infections. Inducible macrolides, lincosamides, type B streptogramins (MLS(Bi)) resistance has to be identified to avoid clinical failure of clindamyc...
متن کاملGenetic diversity of Fusarium semitectum isolates from rice, using RAPD and REP-PCR markers
In order to determine genetic variability among 33 isolates of Fusarium semitectum, morpho- logical and molecular studies were carried out. Isolates from different paddy fields in the north of Iran were separated from each other in four morphotype groups. The isolates showed a high level of variation in aerial mycelium, color of colony, number of septa and growth rate on potato dextrose agar (P...
متن کاملGenetic diversity of Staphylocoagulase genes (Coa) among methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolates at clinical specimens of blood and urinary infections
Background: Staphylococcus aureus is a common pathogen in human that can be the cause of a wide range of infectious diseases including bacteremia, pneumonia, cellulitis, and osteomyelitis and skin and soft tissue infections. The coagulase enzyme is one of the most important virulence factors of this bacterium. The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) Coa...

BACKGROUND: Staphylococcus aureus is a highly versatile pathogen of a large number of domestic ani- mals, including avian species. There is limited information about S. aureus isolated from companion and wild birds in Iran. OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to determine drug resistance and random-amplified polymorphic DNA-PCR (RAPD-P...
متن کاملVancomycin Resistance Pattern of Staphylococcus Aureus among Clinical Samples
Abstract Background and Objective: Vancomycin is used for treatment of methicillin-resistant S. Aureus (MRSA) infections therefore, resistance to this antibiotic is increasing. We aimed to determine the antibiotic resistance pattern and frequency of vancomycin resistant S. Areas (VRSA) strains isolated from clinical samples. Material and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 100 S. Aureus iso...
