Geospatial techniques for comparative case study of spatiotemporal changes in New Karachi and North Karachi parks

Megacities like Karachi are developing rapidly with simultaneous increase city area, putting immense pressure on open green spaces. widespread built-up development replacing previously existing vegetative cover. lack of spaces main concern, and this problem will only worsen due to overpopulation associated rapid growth cities. evidence-based planning contributes unbalanced spatial distribution quantity quality. present research aimed compare find out quality status such as park areas under encroachment temporal changes cover predominantly low middle-income residential New North Towns metropolitan.
