Gestational weight gain in triplet, trichorionic and triamniotic pregnancy: experience report with a case.

Introduction: inadequate weight gain during pregnancy is recognized as a risk factor for unfavorable maternal and perinatal outcomes, such preeclampsia. Reports focusing on in triplet pregnancies are scarce the literature.Aim: to achieve evolution of gestational outcomes triple case.Description case: present experience report, case triplet, trichorionic triamniotic was presented. The patient case, 36 years old, started prenatal care at 12 weeks gestation pre nutritional diagnosis grade I obesity. total 21 kg, agreed according current recommendation. presented diabetes mellitus However, surgical delivery took place 32 6 days newborns had adequate age, without serious clinical complications.Conclusions: observed results reinforce importance monitoring need more studies that address pregnancy.
