Good Things that have Come out of the Pandemic: Between Steppingstones and Comfort Zone

The risk scenarios supply chain managers encountered during the COVID19 pandemic were unique and provides many opportunities for learning development of more robust management approaches strategies. In this reflection we offer five lessons that provide stepping stones seeking to create resilient chains. These are: (1) need move from relational social contracting, (2) compliance a force good, (3) planned optimization agile resiliency, (4) ERP reporting past visibility into realtime (5) resist tendency revert back comfort zones. paper reflect upon these aiming inspire progress in industry research.
