Google Docs: Students’ Perceptions as Online Collaborative Tool in Learning Writing Skills

The recent Covid-19 outbreak has led educators to explore different online pedagogical tools during English lessons. It gradually impacted the way writing skill is taught. With integration of various digital like Google Docs, and learners are learning adapt new mode. Although lesson not conducted face-to-face (F2F), collaborative can still be continued carried out online. As method adopted in a class, it important highlight students’ perceptions regarding their motivation how working collaboratively affects learning. Therefore, this study aims 1) Docs as tool 2) discover an writing. A quantitative was on 98 ESL tertiary students result tabulated analysed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). results revealed that positively affected experience assisted process through teacher’s written corrective feedback. majority reacted usage feedback helped comprehend task.
