Abstract This chapter introduces GPU-accelerated image processing in ImageJ/Fiji. The reader is expected to have some pre-existing knowledge of ImageJ Macro programming. Core concepts such as variables, for -loops, and functions are essential. provides basic guidelines improved performance typical workflows.
