In this paper, narrow-bandgap polymer acceptors combining a benzotriazole (BTz)-core fused-ring segment, named the PZT series, were used with high-absorption-efficiency (PBDB) compound branched 2-butyl octyl, linear n-octyl, and methyl to be utilized as graded-index (GI) active layer of solar cells (PSCs) increase photocurrent enhance efficiency compared existing PBDB-T:PZT PBDB-T:PZT-γ. addition, two-dimensional photonic crystal (2D-PhC) structure was light-trapping anti-reflection coating (ARC) thin film based on indium tin oxide (ITO) reduce incident light reflection its absorption. The dimensions cell layers optimized achieve maximum power-conversion (PCE). Furthermore, design simulations conducted from 300 nm 1200 wavelength range using finite difference time-domain (FDTD) analysis. One most important results expected study nano at (64 µm)2 PCE 25.1%, short-circuit current density (JSC) 27.74 mA/cm2, an open-circuit voltage (VOC) 0.986 V.
