We extend the classic results of paper [P. C. W. Davies, S. A. Fulling, and G. Unruh, Phys. Rev. D 13, 2720 (1976).] ``Energy-momentum tensor near an evaporating black hole'' by considering a massive scalar field in two dimensions presence thin shell collapse. show that outside WKB approximation is valid for any value $r$ if $m{r}_{g}\ensuremath{\gg}1$, where $m$ mass field, ${r}_{g}$ Schwarzschild radius. Thus, we use semiclassical modes to calculate flux vicinity shell, at spatial infinity, $r\ensuremath{\rightarrow}+\ensuremath{\infty}$ final stage collapse, $t\ensuremath{\rightarrow}+\ensuremath{\infty}$ with covariant point-splitting regularization. get infinity radiation thermal Hawking temperature. obtain negative ${T}_{vv}$ which similar result massless case.
