چکیده
Background: Thermodynamic properties of graphene-based armchair nano-ribbons and their magnetic susceptibility were studied in this research. Methodology: This research is applied terms its type cognitive approach. To end, a Hamiltonian tight-binding model was used to describe the dynamic electrons device. Energy bands sample obtained by diagonalization. The density energy states has using these bands.Findings: Magnetic heat capacity integration on states' function Dirac function. numerical results different temperatures, gaps, chemical potentials, widths. Conclusion: It concluded that state nano-ribbon influenced width ribbons, potential, gap. Any change gap, ribbon will lead significant nano-ribbon.
