چکیده
We study the interaction between two closely spaced but electrically isolated quasi-one-dimensional electrical wires by a drag experiment. In this work we experimentally demonstrate generation of current in an unbiased (drag) wire, which results from interactions with neighboring biased (drive) wire. The direction depends on length one-dimensional wire respect to position barrier When additionally form potential drive is determined relative barriers. interpret behavior terms electron excitations phonon-mediated presence scattering inside

Elasticity-driven nanoscale electronic structure in superconductors.
The effects of long-range anisotropic elastic deformations on electronic structure in superconductors are analyzed within the framework of the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations. Cases of twin boundaries and isolated defects are considered as illustrations. We find that the superconducting order parameter is depressed in the regions where pronounced lattice-deformation occurs. The calculated local ...
متن کاملDynamics of a nanoscale rotor driven by single-electron tunneling
We investigate theoretically the dynamics and the charge transport properties of a rod-shaped nanoscale rotor, which is driven by a similar mechanism as the nanomechanical single-electron transistor (NEMSET). We show that a static electric potential gradient can lead to self-excitation of oscillatory or continuous rotational motion. We identify the relevant parameters of the device and study th...

-This research paper proposes the inspection system of heat pipe cooling for electronic devices, such as CPU in personal computer, laptop computer and so on. The inspection system is an essential part in production process of heat pipes CPU cooler. To ensure the high quality product, a 100% quality checking is taken into account. Generally, heat pipe inspection system is conducted by human ears...
متن کاملInteratomic electronic decay driven by nuclear motion.
The interatomic electronic decay after inner-valence ionization of a neon atom by a single photon in a neon-helium dimer is investigated. The excited neon atom relaxes via interatomic Coulombic decay and the excess energy is transferred to the helium atom and ionizes it. We show that the decay process is only possible if the dimer's bond stretches up to 6.2 Å, i.e., to more than twice the equil...
