The current state of the building ceramics production is based on following facts. Firstly, as a result market conditions, number operating factories has significantly decreased. Secondly, considering increase in house construction rate due to shift new financing mechanisms, there been an ceramic brick by 2-3% since 2019. Growth opportunities are associated with higher thermal efficiency products and masonry thereon. research objective this article was development compositions for wall heat-efficient loess low-grade loams use rice straw burnout additive and, particular, determination optimal processed consumption. scientific novelty consisted method selecting mixtures composition, optimizing composition substantiating ash influence properties. Rice introduced into clay masses at preparation stage amount 5-15% (by mass) fluff straw, which burns out burning temperature 200-300°C makes mass porous, preventing shrinkage forming containing up 20% amorphous silica. Carbonates dissociate during firing, interacting silica various calcium silicates that strengthen shard structure.
