In the present study, important parameters like frequency distribution of Gliomas, age group Glioma patients, common sex involved, commonest site occurrence, clinical presentations, radiological histopathological correlation, p16INK4a expression glial tumors are compared with other similar studies. The aim is to find out occurrence and it includes higher grades Astrocytomas. study focuses on symptoms such as head ache, histopathologial correlation tumor etc Histomorphology Gliomas evaluate in correlate WHO grading Gliomas. Various age, sex, site, symptoms, Grading were analysed.p16 IHC was expressed positive negative according its nuclear staining >25% cells 10 continuous fields 40x found that p16 Positive all Grade 1 Astrocytoma, 3 5 II Astrocytoma only one IV Glioblastoma. 2 Astrocytomas 17 Gioblastomas cases Myxopapillary Ependymoma.
