How Does Intellectual Capital Affect Micro, Small, and Medium Business Resilience During the Covid-19 Pandemic?

Many previous studies examined the relationship between Intellectual Capital (IC) and a firm’s performance, whereas most of time, IC has been shown to affect performance positively. However, two years during COVID-19 pandemic differs from ordinary years. There was massive change in people's economic activities. Restrictions on movement mobility are needed prevent spread outbreak. Apart causing crises health sector, this also causes concerns social sectors, including MSMEs. Therefore, research conducted understand effect IC, Human (HC), Structural (SC), Relational (RC), MSME resilience period. This information is essential formulate best support for MSMEs context. quantitative using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Data were collected by distributing questionnaires 174 Bandung random sampling technique. The type data used cross-section data. study found that HC RC positively resiliency pandemic, meanwhile, SC does not. suggests appropriate form times crisis provide education knowledge sharing which can expand skills businesspeople. And addition, it important developing their relationships with various parties maintain business pandemic.
