“How might we explain what is happening here?” Help offered by Practicum Tutors in Preservice Teacher Education

Reflection is a vital component in professional teaching practices. The idea from which reflection itself stems that of teachers' agency their own development. Our study rooted recent research into the need to support processes among student teachers. From historical-cultural perspective, our aim analyze discursive interactions take place during collaborative seminars an innovation experience within reflective Practicum, and describe how university tutors foster on practice. We use multiple case design each classroom unit made up tutor her students. identified 24 types educational supports or Aids Joint Reflection. Results indicate profile characterized by presence aids related three dimensions: dialogical, interpretative theory-practice relationships. Contributions are for training teachers practicum tutors. Los resultados indican perfil caracterizado presencia ayudas relacionadas con tres dimensiones: relaciones dialógicas, interpretativas teoría-práctica. Se realizan aportes para formación maestros prácticas.
