This paper presents a hybrid model constituting dynamic smoothing technique and particle swarm optimization techniques to optimally size control battery energy storage systems for wind ramp rate power system frequency performance enhancement. In today’s modern system, high-proportion renewable grid is inevitable. with abundant integration of resources under the presence tools.
