Hydrocephalus – a typical radiological symptom?

چکیده
Wodogłowie może mieć wiele przyczyn. Zadaniem lekarza radiologa oprócz stwierdzenia poszerzenia układu komorowego na podstawie diagnostyki obrazowej jest próba określenia przyczyny takiego stanu. Autorki pragnęły przybliżyć kwestię powstawania płynu mózgowo-rdzeniowego (PMR) oraz zagadnienia związane z zaburzeniem krążenia PMR. Celem pracy było również przedstawienie aktualnej klasyfikacji wodogłowia w celu ułatwienia komunikacji pomiędzy lekarzami – radiologiem i neurologiem. Istotne zwrócenie uwagi radiologów fakt, że wodogłowie nie jedynie objawem radiologicznym, ale być zaburzeniami obrazu klinicznego dotkniętych nim pacjentów.
