Employing self-study methodology this work examines not only the transition from classroom teacher to educator but also increased complexity of experience while teaching online during pandemic, and back some sense normalcy with in person. Data sources include Author One’s reflective journal, recordings meetings critical friends providing feedback throughout process, student artifacts different activities applied year 1 2. From our coding journal 1, several codes were identified about identity as a being tied types interactions he fosters his classroom.  As transitions person 2 (Fall 2021) we look see how takes what learned fostering these an environment applies them in-person teaching. Techniques semester guide him process friend will focus on attending transitional moments makes yet another shift developing who is educator.
