چکیده
Abstract Background Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is a malignant tumor originating from the secondary bile duct and its branch epithelium. Among primary liver tumors, incidence of ICC second only to hepatocellular carcinoma. Tumor microenvironment can regulate occurrence development tumors. This study dedicated finding more markers that diagnose by differential cells between normal tissues. Methods We wanted infiltration immune same patient paired non-tumor tissues, explore difference in adjacent tissues organism. So, we searched relevant data patients with GEO database found GSE45001 set meets our research needs. CIBERSORT used calculate cell composition. Finally, perform visual analysis statistics find out differentially expressed cells. Results expression levels dendritic activated, macrophages M2, T regulatory (Tregs) were higher than M1, monocytes, follicular helper lower Conclusion These 6 types are expected become molecular for clinical diagnosis ICC.

Tumor markers as a diagnostic key for hilar cholangiocarcinoma
OBJECTIVE Hilar cholangiocarcinoma is the fourth most common gastrointestinal malignancy. CA19-9 and CEA are helpful devices in the management of gastrointestinal malignancies and belong to clinical routine in surgical oncology. But the validity of these parameters in terms of tumor extension and prognosis of bile duct malignancies still remains unclear. METHODS From 1998 to 2008, we obtained...
متن کاملLithium-based antioxidants: electrochemical properties and influence on immune cells
Introduction: Lithium salts are known as effective psychotropic medicine for treatment bipolar disorder and may be used to treat alcoholism, schizoaffective disorders, and cluster headaches. The antioxidant activity and immunomodulatory effects of prospective lithium compounds have been investigated in this work. Materials and Methods: The antioxidant properties were studied by the voltammetry...
متن کاملPrediction of survival in follicular lymphoma based on molecular features of tumor-infiltrating immune cells.
BACKGROUND Patients with follicular lymphoma may survive for periods of less than 1 year to more than 20 years after diagnosis. We used gene-expression profiles of tumor-biopsy specimens obtained at diagnosis to develop a molecular predictor of the length of survival. METHODS Gene-expression profiling was performed on 191 biopsy specimens obtained from patients with untreated follicular lymph...

متن کاملImmune response markers in sentinel nodes may predict melanoma progression
We recently reported that variable expression of immune-response genes distinguishes tumor positive sentinel nodes in melanoma patients with malignant progression from those with non-progressing disease. Our results depict sentinel nodes as sites in which immune functions are associated with metastatic disease and identify CD30 as a host immune-related cancer prognostic marker and potential the...
