Implementasi Pembelajaran STEAM Berbasis PjBL Terhadap Kemampuan Problem Solving pada Materi Energi Alternatif di SD

The students’ problem solving abilities in science about the alternative energy resulted a low level. A few of causes were teacher-centered method and lack students' creativity development opportunity learning process. This study aims to determine effect applying STEAM approach using Project-based Learning (PjBL) model aid material. type research is quantitative experiment with quasi-experimental design. was conducted at Ngaglik 1 Batu Elementary School even semester 2022/2023 academic year. population grade 5 students, samples taken purposive sampling technique. There 28 students control class 29 experimental class. data collected pretest posttest instruments. results analyzed by parametric inferential statistics based on prerequisite tests. normality test used Shapiro-Wilk homogeneity tesedt Levene Statistics. Independent Sample t-test analyze obtained Sig. (2 tailed) 0.000, which meant that there significant difference classes, so application STEAM-PjBL concluded be able improve abilities.
