In-depth exploration of the synergistic interplay between perovskite barium titanate nanoparticles and two-dimensional graphene oxide for flexible piezoelectric nanogenerators

چکیده

To maximize the synergistic effects of hybridized heteromaterials in terms device performance piezoelectric nanogenerators (PNGs), we demonstrate an unprecedented strategy for direct growth perovskite barium titanate (BTO) nanoparticles (NPs) on two-dimensional graphene oxide (GO) via a simple hydrothermal method. The mutual interactions between strongly coupled their structural, chemical, and electrical variations are systematically explored. From these comprehensive spectroscopic microscopic examinations, ascertain that hybridization BTO NPs with GO enables to enhance response PNGs compared those pristine NPs-based simply mixed NPs/GO-based PNGs. This can be understood by interplay associated (i) formation homogeneous size distribution after hybridization, (ii) healing oxygen vacancies crystals simultaneous improvement crystallinity through chemical reduction.
