چکیده
Research studies on conservative genetics of endangered plants are very important to establish the management plans for conservation biodiversity. Rosewood is an evergreen tree Amazon region and its essential oil has great acceptance in medical cosmetic industry. The present study aimed explore genetic diversity population structure 90 rosewood accessions collected from eight localities Peruvian territory through DArTseq markers. A total 7485 informative markers resulted genotyping by sequencing (GBS) analysis were used molecular characterization germplasm. Mean values various calculated parameters like observed number alleles (1.962), effective (1.669), unbiased expected heterozygosity (0.411), percent polymorphism (93.51%) over entire germplasm showed existence a good level variations. Our results that Mairiricay was more diverse compared rest populations. Tamshiyacu-2 Mairiricay-15 found genetically distinct accessions. variance (AMOVA) reflected maximum variations (75%) due differences within implemented clustering algorithms, i.e., STRUCTURE, neighbor-joining principal coordinate (PCoA) separated studied basis their geographical locations. Diversity indices STRUCTURE-based populations subpopulation than populations, such reason, individuals belonging this should be reintroduction or reinforcement conservation. We envisage with will provide platform conservation, restoration upcoming years.

Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of F3:6 Nebraska Winter Wheat Genotypes Using Genotyping-By-Sequencing
The availability of information on the genetic diversity and population structure in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) breeding lines will help wheat breeders to better use their genetic resources and manage genetic variation in their breeding program. The recent advances in sequencing technology provide the opportunity to identify tens or hundreds of thousands of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP...
متن کاملPopulation Genetic Structure in Glyphosate-Resistant and -Susceptible Palmer Amaranth (Amaranthus palmeri) Populations Using Genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS)
Palmer amaranth (Amaranthus palmeri) is a major weed in United States cotton and soybean production systems. Originally native to the Southwest, the species has spread throughout the country. In 2004 a population of A. palmeri was identified with resistance to glyphosate, a herbicide heavily relied on in modern no-tillage and transgenic glyphosate-resistant (GR) crop systems. This project aims ...
متن کاملGenotyping-by-Sequencing (GBS) Revealed Molecular Genetic Diversity of Iranian Wheat Landraces and Cultivars
Background: Genetic diversity is an essential resource for breeders to improve new cultivars with desirable characteristics. Recently, genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS), a next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology that can simplify complex genomes, has now be used as a high-throughput and cost-effective molecular tool for routine breeding and screening in many crop species, including the species...
متن کاملAssessment of Genetic Diversity and Structure of Large Garlic (Allium sativum) Germplasm Bank, by Diversity Arrays Technology “Genotyping-by-Sequencing” Platform (DArTseq)
Garlic (Allium sativum) is used worldwide in cooking and industry, including pharmacology/medicine and cosmetics, for its interesting properties. Identifying redundancies in germplasm blanks to generate core collections is a major concern, mostly in large stocks, in order to reduce space and maintenance costs. Yet, similar appearance and phenotypic plasticity of garlic varieties hinder their mo...
متن کاملDiversity in Grain Amaranths and Relatives Distinguished by Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS)
The genotyping by sequencing (GBS) method has become a molecular marker technology of choice for many crop plants because of its simultaneous discovery and evaluation of a large number of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and utility for germplasm characterization. Genome representation and complexity reduction are the basis for GBS fingerprinting and can vary by species based on genome si...
