Industry-oriented method for dynamic force identification in peripheral milling based on FSC-LSQR using acceleration signals

چکیده
Online measurement of milling force is very important for machining process monitoring and control. In practice, it difficult to measure the directly during process. This paper develops a method identification called least square QR-factorization with fast stopping criterion (FSC-LSQR) method, queue buffer structure (QBS) employed online using acceleration signals. The convolution integral signals discretized, which turns problem into linear discrete ill-posed problem. FSC-LSQR algorithm adopted because its high efficiency accuracy, can effectively handle be realized signal enqueue dequeue operations QBS. Finally, effectiveness verified by tests under different parameters.
