We propose an effect called information constraint which is characterized by the existence of different decay rates signal strengths propagating along opposite directions. It intrinsic property a type open quantum systems, does not rely on boundary conditions. define value $({I}_{C})$ as ratio and derive analytical representation ${I}_{C}$ for general quadratic Lindbladian systems. Based constraint, we can provide simple elegant explanation chiral helical damping, get local maximum points relative particle number periodical system, consistent with numerical calculations. Inspired prove correspondence between edge modes damping modes. A new mode Dirac constructed, chiral/helical be regarded special case damping.
