Given the increase in remote working due to social distancing requirements as part of response Covid-19 Pandemic, variable work-from-home has become more salient business community. The existing literature squarely places an antecedent employee perceptions Organizational Justice throughout many industries. same presents work from home a positive frame reference pre-pandemic world. To study this phenomenon, we gathered media data comments discussion forum on Reddit website. coded with priori codeset and assigned dummy variables for analysis. dataset was analyzed via five-way Factorial ANOVA examining influences four independent (Distributive, Procedural, Interpersonal, Informational Justice) temporal occurrence sentimental polarity surrounding topic home. Our findings indicated significantly contributes negative sentiment work-from-home.
