Aims: The foremost aim of this study was to evaluate the 1:1 formed complex when mefenamic acid interacts with Cu2+, Zn2+, and EDTA4- metal at physiological condition, which provides a better understanding pharmacological studies. This research provided information on binding affinity selective metals. It helps preparative, structural, reactivity studies for multiple drug designs in pharmaceutical fields.
 Place Duration Study: Department Pharmacy, Stamford University Bangladesh, Dhaka, Bangladesh & CARS ((Centre Advanced Research Sciences), Dhaka. duration is between September December 2022.
 Study Design: Infrared spectra Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid (EDTA) Mefenamic were investigated region 4000 400 cm-1. These compared standard peaks specific functional groups. interactions selected ions demonstrated by significant variations intensities amino group after complexation.
 Results: product have resulted alteration structure, characterized negligible reduction structure acid. change position characteristic bands, or increase/ decrease number bands appearance new metal-atom bond, confirm formation complex.
 Conclusion: has been recently found that metal-based complexes antiviral, antibacterial, anticancer action. In order construct actively functioning medications, it vital ability physiologically active interact metalloproteinases like albumin, transport distribute these ions. current set repeatable ion research.
