Essential oils are concentrated liquids of intricate combinations volatile substances, extracted from various plant parts. Several bioactive substances with antibacterial and antioxidant activities abundant in essential oils. Some have also been employed medicine. Due to the risk associated employing synthetic preservatives, use as natural additives for extending shelf life food products has drawn considerable attention. They used pharmaceutical, cosmetic, industries their functional properties. There methods extraction, but both quality percentage yield oil never remain same.
